Register - For Forum
Access to all of these activities is subject to registration. Participants are encouraged to register well in advance to benefit from early registration fees (deadline is Friday, 23rd July 2010). However, late registration (deadline is Friday, 10th September 2010) and on site registration are further options.
You can register in the TWO following ways:
- By fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy registration form needs to be completed and sent to the Organising Secretariat accompanied by your payment.

- Registration requests or changes by phone will not be taken into consideration.
- Only registration applications accompanied by the appropriate payment will be processed.
- Please refer to the table below for registration categories and deadlines.
- Registration fees are to be settled in Euro (€).
- Upon receipt of your registration (no matter how you have been registered) and after payment clearance, the Organising Secretariat will mail you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing all registration and events reservation details and specifying the payment status.
- This confirmation letter should be presented upon the arrival at the 23rd World LP Gas Forum pre-registration desk.
REGISTRATION FEES
IMPORTANT: New VAT rates in Spain
As per 1st July 2010, new VAT RATES are applicable in SPAIN:
- 18% INSTEAD OF 16%
- 8% INSTEAD OF 7%

All registration fees are in euros (€) and include 18% Spanish VAT (as per 1st july 2010).
(1) Only one attendee per member organisation
(2) Exhibitors: representatives of exhibiting company
(3) Government Attendee: this category includes EU, intergovernmental, national and local government agency representatives
(4) 4th Attendee & Following: valid for the 4th attendee and additional registrations from the same company or organization
(5) Full participants wishing to also participate in the Global Technology Conference sessions held on Friday 1st October 2010 need to sign up for this additional fee.
(6) This registration category applies to participants that wish to attend the GTC sessions ONLY (Friday 1st October 2010). This registration category does not allow access to the other sessions held on 28th September – 1st October.
(7) For participants registered as GTC ONLY, who wish to attend the Forum Dinner.
IMPORTANT
- ONLY ATTENDEES WHO HAVE PAID THEIR FULL PARTICIPATION FEES WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER SPOUSES AND ATTEND THE VARIOUS SOCIAL EVENTS.
- ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE IN EURO (€) AND INCLUDE 18% SPANISH VAT. (see updated registration fees table here above)
- IF YOU REGISTER AS FULL PARTICIPANT AND WISH TO ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE GTC SESSIONS, REMEMBER TO SIGN UP AND PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE.
Full Participation
Registration Fees include:

- World LP Gas Forum, Ibero American Day, AEGPL Congress and African Stream proceedings
- Working lunches and coffee breaks
- An invitation to the Welcome Reception and the Forum Dinner
- An invitation to the Members’ Dinner (for member representatives of WLPGA, AEGPL and AIGLP only)
Global Technology Conference (GTC)
Registration Fees include:
- Admission to all the GTC sessions which are held on Friday 1st October 2010
- Access to the Exhibition
- Name badge
- GTC proceedings
- 1 working lunch and 2 coffee breaks
Spouse’s Registration Fees include:
- Admission to the Exhibition
- Name badge
- An invitation to the Welcome Reception and the Forum Dinner
- An invitation to the Members’ Dinner (for spouses of member representatives of WLPGA, AEGPL and AIGLP only)
Payment:
World LP Gas Communication SARL (VAT N° FR 90421213893, headquartered at 9 rue Anatole de la Forge – 75017 Paris) has given mandate to MCI for the organisation of the 23rd World LP Gas Forum – AEGPL 2010 Congress and therefore to act and receive the fees on its behalf.
Payment of the registration fees is to be made in EURO (€) only and may be:
- by credit card: VISA / MASTER / EUROCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS
- by bank transfer to the order of: WLPGAS 2010 / MCI CREDIT LYONNAIS – Agency: CL PARIS LA FAYETTE Bank code: 30002 – Sort Code: 05666 Account number: 000 006 0490 S - KEY: 87 IBAN: FR05 3000 2056 6600 0006 0490 S87 BIC/SWIFT: CRLYFRPP (In the case of a bank transfer, please do not forget to specify on your form, the object of your payment – WLPGAS 2010).
- by cheque payable in Euro (€) in France to the order of MCI FRANCE/WLPGA 2010.
Modifications / Name Substitutions:
- For changes in registration, a processing fee of 30 € will be charged, except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.
- All changes must be requested in writing to the Organising Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy for Registration:
- Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or fax BUT NOT e-mail) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:
- Until Friday, 23rd July 2010: 100 € will be withheld for administrative fee.
- After Friday, 23rd July 2010: no refunds will be issued. No registration fee refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance due to failure to obtain a visa.
